That is the only way to reach us, and it is a real address that a person reads. There is no phone number and no postal address, because Tank & Toner is a publisher rather than a shop — there is no counter to walk up to and nobody to put on hold. We are not going to invent an office to look bigger.
The most useful thing you can send us
A correction. This site publishes a lot of numbers, every one of them dated, and some of them will go out of date. If you spot any of the following, please tell us:
- A supply price that has moved materially. Every cost-per-page figure here is built on a price we read on a specific date, so a big move changes the arithmetic.
- A printer that is no longer sold. A roundup recommending discontinued models is worse than no roundup at all.
- A rated page yield we have read wrong. These come from manufacturer specifications and we can misread one.
- A manufacturer ink policy that has changed. The Ink Freedom pages are the highest-risk claims on the site precisely because these policies move.
Telling us which page and which figure makes it much faster to fix. Corrections get a dated note on the page rather than a silent edit — that is set out in our editorial policy.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, deliveries, returns and warranties. We do not sell anything. If you bought a printer through a link here, your contract is with the retailer and they are the ones who can act on it.
- Technical support for your printer. The manufacturer’s support line will do a better job than we can, and we would only be guessing.
